Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will my tickets appear after payment?+

                        Stripe card payments credit your vault immediately. Bank transfers typically clear within 2–5 minutes via UK Faster Payments. Allow up to 30 minutes during busy periods.

Can I buy multiple tickets for the same draw?+

                        Yes — use the quantity selector on the entry page to buy up to 10 tickets per transaction. Each ticket is a separate entry, improving your odds proportionally. There's a maximum per-draw limit to keep it fair for everyone.

What happens if the draw doesn't fill?+

                        Every draw has a countdown timer. If the maximum entries aren't reached when the timer expires, the draw proceeds anyway with the current number of participants — increasing your winning odds. We never cancel draws.

How do promo codes work?+

                        Promo codes give bonus tickets on your order. For example, code RYAN180 doubles your ticket quantity — you pay the normal price but receive 2× the entries, up to a total value of £40. Enter the code at checkout before confirming your payment. One promo code use per account.

How are prizes shipped and authenticated?+

                        All prizes are sourced from trusted suppliers — no auction houses or third-party resellers. Prizes are dispatched within 5 working days of the draw via tracked delivery. UK winners only for physical prizes.

What is the Leaderboard and how do I earn free entries?+

                        Play the free dart game on the homepage — 3 darts per entry, up to 3 entries per hour. Your scores go on the daily leaderboard, and the daily winner gets a free ticket. Check the Leaderboard page to see your ranking.
